Nijigen no Mori “Operation Godzilla” 5th Anniversary Project Godzilla Museum “Mothra Special Exhibition” to be held from Saturday, December 20, 2025

To commemorate the 5th anniversary of the opening of Nijigen no Mori’s hugely popular attraction, “Operation Godzilla Interceptor,” the Godzilla Museum will be holding a “Mothra Special Exhibition” for a limited time from Saturday, December 20, 2025 to Sunday, September 13, 2026.This special exhibition focuses on the Heisei Mothra series, showcasing a variety of Mothra works. Mothra is one of the most popular monsters in the Godzilla series, with three films released between 1996 and 1998. With the cooperation of Toho Visual Arts, this exhibition will feature props used in the filming of the Mothra Leo and larvae that appear in the Heisei Mothra series, making it a must-see for fans. What’s more, the exhibition will also feature Mothra eggs and a giant 4-meter panel, allowing visitors to experience the heroic figure of Mothra as she fights to protect people and the Earth as a guardian deity.
